WiFi hot spots

WiFi hot spots also known as WiFi hotspots or Wi-Fi hotspots are the locations that offer Wireless internet access. Technology used for WiFi hotspots is Wi-Fi or Wireless LAN technology.

You can find hotspots in coffee shops, restaurants, train stations, airports, libraries, hotels. Most of universities and schools also have wireless network. To connect to hotspots you use laptop, WiFi phone, PDA-s or other similar devices.

We can divide hotspots in 2 types:

- Free WiFi hotspots
- Commercial hotspots
